These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the ProxyTunnel iOS application and this website (the "Service"), provided by Shubham Shah ("Developer", "we", "us").

By downloading, installing, or using ProxyTunnel, you confirm you are at least 17 years old and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

ProxyTunnel is licensed for personal and professional developer use. You may use the app to:

• Configure and activate proxy settings on your own iOS device.
• Discover proxy servers on local networks you own or are authorized to use.
• Monitor network connectivity status and traffic in real time.
• Manage saved proxy profiles for different environments.

You agree not to:

• Use ProxyTunnel for any illegal purpose or in violation of applicable laws.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app or its code.
• Reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written consent.
• Route traffic through proxy servers without proper authorization from the network owner.
• Circumvent or disable any security features of the app or iOS.

ProxyTunnel may offer optional Pro features via Apple's StoreKit. All purchases are processed by Apple. By purchasing, you also agree to Apple's payment terms.

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID at purchase confirmation.
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends.
• Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours of the period end.
• Manage or cancel subscriptions anytime in your Apple ID account settings.

Lifetime purchases are one-time payments and do not renew.

All purchases are processed by Apple and subject to Apple's refund policies. We cannot directly issue or process refunds. For refund requests, please use reportaproblem.apple.com.

ProxyTunnel, its design, source code, and branding are the exclusive intellectual property of Shubham Shah. Nothing in these Terms grants you rights to our trademarks or branding.

You retain full ownership of proxy configuration data you create in the app.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, SHUBHAM SHAH SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE PROXYTUNNEL. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SERVICE IN THE PRIOR 12 MONTHS.

ProxyTunnel may interact with Apple APIs and any proxy servers you configure. We are not responsible for the availability or privacy practices of those services. Your use of them is governed by their own terms.

We may update these Terms at any time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
